Start from what the borrower can pay. Never ask for more. Offer free debt advice when they want it. The agent's draft is a suggestion; you decide. The forbearance rules (FCA CONC 7) are OPEN: research/finance/REGULATORS.md marks them NOT RE-VERIFIED.
