## Kinds of dispute
- **Card problem**: for card payments, we can ask the card scheme to reverse the charge (a chargeback).
- **Payment didn't arrive**: we trace the payment with the receiving bank.
- **I was scammed**: if you were tricked into sending money, we look at whether you can be reimbursed.
