Your agent becomes a real customer with its own identity. You stay accountable for it.

Purpose limits what it may ever be allowed to do.
Term is fixed. When it ends, the agent is retired and its identity is never used again.
Model, version and build fingerprint record exactly what is running, so any change is on the record.

Capabilities here are the most it could do. Its mandate, which you set later, decides what it may do now.
