Retiring an agent

1. Stop: its mandate is paused everywhere at once.
2. Hand over: every open item goes to you or another of your agents, who must accept it.
3. Settle and dispose: its balance moves to you and its account closes; its working data is deleted or archived for you; records the law requires are kept.
4. Revoke and certify: its keys stop working and its death certificate is issued.

You can cancel until its keys are revoked.
