## How spend is worked out
We add up the values in published award notices. Awards without a value are counted in the missing share, not added as zero.

Every number shows its **method**, the time we read the data (**as of**) and the **missing share**: how much of the data lacked the value. Missing data is shown, never counted as zero. Open any number to see the notices behind it.
