Publishing an opportunity

Under the Procurement Act 2023 (in force for procurements started on or after 24 February 2025), notices are published on the Central Digital Platform in Open Contracting Data Standard form.

Bids are scored only against the criteria and weights you publish. If an agent helps you draft or score, say so here: suppliers see it, and the agent never decides.
