Business team roles, approvals and accountant access
A business decides exactly who (people, its accountant and its own agents) can see, prepare, approve and pay from its accounts. It invites people with a role, account scope, payment limit and expiry; sees what each role can do before granting it; sets approval policies by amount, item type and number of approvers, rehearsed against its own recent activity before they apply; works one approval queue for payments, bills, expenses and agent requests; gives its accountant time-limited access that it can revoke at once; and keeps a complete, inspectable record of every grant, change, approval and refusal. No one can approve their own item, and above a threshold the business sets, a person must give the final approval.
