Lend

A person, an organisation or an agent acting under its mandate lends money, either into a solution bank pool or to a borrower, within published rules and its own limits. Before committing, the lender sees the risk in plain words with its error bound, the borrower's or pool's confidence summary where the borrower has shared it, the terms, the worst case and how concentrated their lending would be, and rehearses the commitment. After lending they see every repayment received and the state of each loan. When a borrower is in difficulty, forbearance is applied fairly under published policy and the lender is told what happened and why; a default is handled through a recorded recovery process with losses shown honestly. No lender sees a borrower's protected characteristics, and lenders cannot block forbearance the borrower is owed.
