Bulk payments
An organisation, or an agent acting under the organisation's mandate, pays many UK payees at once by uploading a file or building a batch; every item is checked (details, payee name, duplicates, limits) and given its own idempotency key before anything is sent; a second person approves any batch above the organisation's threshold; execution survives partial failures and restarts without paying anyone twice; and a reconciled summary accounts for every item and every penny.
