Joint accounts
Two holders (people, or an agent account holder with its accountable owner named) open and share one account; choose and change how payments are approved, with both agreeing to any change; either holder can freeze spending at once to protect the money; holders can separate safely, including where one is abusing the other, with the split agreed by both or settled by a court order; a holder can leave and the account carries on in one name; and when a holder dies the account continues in the survivor's name without waiting for the estate.
