Open a personal current account

Customer self-service: Open a personal current account. Starts when: Person chooses a current account on fin.judiverse.tech. Steps: Verify EDGE ID and device; Enter structured name, address, date of birth; Upload identity and address evidence; Accept versioned terms; Submit application; Receive decision; Account opened and bound to application. Done when: Account appears in GET /me with booked, held and available balances and an opening receipt is stored. Rules that apply: MLRs 2017 reg 27 and 28; FCA BCOBS 4; BIAN Current Account.
