Regulator inspection
A regulator or assessor, or their agent, inspects the bank through the Regulator portal without the bank's help: access is scoped to what the inspection covers and expires; evidence comes as bundles with digests and a reproduction command that re-runs the checks independently; and every published enforcement finding in the sector is recorded as an observation with its source and turned into a test the bank must keep passing, with the results visible to the assessor.
