Request money
A person, an organisation or an agent acting under its mandate asks someone with an EDGE ID (a person, an organisation or an agent) for money, or splits a bill between several people, can remind them and cancel the request, and the payer can see who is really asking, pay it with the same checks as any payment, or decline it. Every request ends in a known state with proof.
