Sanctions and PEP screening

Every customer (person, organisation or agent), every payee and every outgoing payment is screened against the full current official sanctions lists (UK Sanctions List, UN Security Council Consolidated List, US OFAC lists) and against politically exposed person data, in the original script and in transliteration, with a published, measured miss-rate bound. Every possible match is reviewed and decided by a person, the decision is recorded with its reasons and evidence, and everyone is re-screened whenever a list changes.
