Customer self-service: Schedule a future payment. Starts when: Customer sets a payment date. Steps: Enter payee and amount; Choose date; Confirm; View scheduled list; Cancel before date. Done when: Scheduled order appears in the grid and posts on the date with a receipt. Rules that apply: PSRs 2017 reg 83 time of receipt.
